About Me

Howdy! 

I'm Yunuen and I am current doctoral graduate student at The University of Houston. My research interests include green, organic, polymer, and catalytic chemistry. I have a passion for contributing to projects that promote sustainability and better our environment or health. I also really enjoy presenting and teaching new chemistry concepts to my peers or the general public. This past year I had the pleasure of getting real-world experience in a biopharmaceutical industry to manufacture vaccines and I hope to use my experiences to push me towards producing good research in my future!
